Master Services Agreement & Infrastructure Terms of Use
Welcome to Purvaco. By ordering or utilizing any hosting, server, domain, or cloud service provided by Purvaco Technology Private Limited, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Service Delivery & Provisioning
Cloud and VPS instances are provisioned automatically upon verified invoice settlement. Bare-metal dedicated servers requiring custom hardware assembly are provisioned within 2 to 6 business hours.
2. Resource Allocation & Acceptable Usage
Dedicated KVM and Bare-Metal compute resources are 100% reserved for your account. Shared and reseller hosting accounts are subject to fair-use CPU limits to protect server health.
3. Billing, Taxes & Invoicing
All listed prices are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated. As per Government of India statutory regulations, 18% Goods & Services Tax (GST) applies to all domestic transactions. GST tax invoices are generated automatically in the Client Portal.
4. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime
We guarantee a 99.95% Network and Power Uptime SLA for VPS and 99.99% for Dedicated Bare-Metal hardware. In the event of unscheduled downtime exceeding SLA thresholds, customers are eligible for pro-rata service credits.
