1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Web Hosting & VPS)

Shared Web Hosting, WordPress Hosting, and standard Linux KVM VPS plans are eligible for a 100% money-back guarantee within 30 days of initial purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following services are strictly non-refundable due to upstream registry and licensing costs incurred at registration:

• Domain name registrations and transfers (.com, .in, etc.)
• Commercial software licenses (cPanel/WHM, Plesk, Microsoft Windows Server OS)
• Single-tenant Bare-Metal Dedicated Server leases once physically racked
• Custom setup and migration labor fees

3. Cancellation Requests

To request a cancellation and refund, submit a support ticket via the Client Portal or email billing@purvaco.in.
