Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs the permissible usage of all servers, IP allocations, and network bandwidth provided by Purvaco.

1. Prohibited Network Activities

Strictly prohibited activities that will result in immediate service suspension without refund include:

• Unsolicited bulk email delivery (SPAM) or hosting of email harvesting software.
• Initiation of Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, network port scanning, or vulnerability exploits.
• Hosting of malware, trojans, ransomware, phishing landing pages, or botnet command centers.
• Cryptocurrency mining on shared VPS CPU pools.
• Hosting or distribution of copyrighted material without authorization.

2. Abuse Reporting

To report network abuse originating from any Purvaco IP address, please contact our 24/7 Abuse Desk at abuse@purvaco.in with full RFC-compliant log headers.
